The ASUU Supreme Court is the judiciary of the ASUU Student Government. Functioning much like a real court, the ASUU Supreme Court hears cases that arise from alleged violations of Redbook (the ASUU Constitution and Bylaws). Additionally, the ASUU Supreme Court acts as the primary judicial body in the ASUU elections process, hearing grievances about campaign violations against candidates or against ASUU officers. The primary goal of the ASUU Supreme Court is to maintain fairness, promote equity, and provide accountability. Being an ASUU Supreme Court Justice requires a deep understanding of Redbook, an ability to be impartial and reasonable, and a desire to help make ASUU better. Further questions about the responsibilities of an ASUU Supreme Court Justice should be directed to Connor Morgan at email@example.com.
