Regarding JB 03 (changing Academic Affairs name in Redbook)… Is there anything in Redbook that would prevent us from honoring the past process (bill previously passed, signed by President, but not presented to BoT) and just moving forward with presenting it to the BoT this semester?

Interpretation:
There is nothing in Redbook that would prevent Joint Bill 03 from moving forward with being presented to The Board of Trustees this semester, as the bill was previously passed and signed by the President.
It looks like sections of Redbook honored the name change of “Academic Affairs” in certain parts of Redbook and not for others. This will help Redbook remain consistent.
