The Supreme Court shall have such powers and authorities as are necessary to afford justice under this Constitution and the Bylaws, including:
2.1.2 The power to order
2.1.4 The power to compel
Interpretation:
The Supreme Court has the power to hold any current ASUU student leaders and student leader candidates accountable to ASUU governing documents. They order and compel ASUU student leaders and candidates to take action in their roles. If any student leaders or candidates are found to violate ASUU governing documents, it is up to the discretion of the Supreme Court what the ramifications of each violation is.
